The proved director, top writer, eloquent speaker Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar has come before the media with his film ‘Ishta Kamya’. It is based on the novel of Dodderi Venkatagiri Rao novel – this is the 14th film of Nagathihalli, an average of one film for every two years. At his ‘Kacheri’ on Saturday afternoon he roped in Suresh Heblikar for poster design unveiling. Heblikar was felicitated on this occasion.
